Help me please...evidently I have a very rare tub, at least the claws on it are rare . I have been searching the net and can not find anything that cames close to the feet. My tub has paws with five toes and the paw is wide app. 4 inch wide and no ball. If anyone could help me with a date, name or history that might fit this discription please e-mail me at mrmrsmozitis@yahoo.com...........Thank you for your help.

The floor of my bathroom is not as strong as it could be and I was sure that a cast iron bathtub would cause me some trouble with weakening it. Finding out that you can buy acrylic bathtubs that look just like cast iron is brilliant news. It means I can have the style of bathtub I want but without having to have my floor reinforced which would have been really expensive for me.

After buying a cast iron tub I was really worried about what to use to clean it so I had just been washing it with a cloth and water. Now I know I can use detergent on it I have been using this and the tub looks great. I was so scared of scratching it but now I am confident when cleaning it every day.

Really glad for the info on shopping around to find a good American Standard cast iron bathtub. I am trying to create an antique look in my bathroom and I now know that I can do this for cheaper than I first thought. I have found a tub that I think I am going to buy now thanks to your site.
